Android SBC Engineering and Manufacturing

Our AndroidSBC team combines hardware design, Android firmware development, manufacturing and technical support in one organization. We develop embedded boards for digital signage, self-service kiosks, smart lockers, industrial terminals, vending equipment, interactive displays and other products that require stable long-term Android operation.

Engineering and manufacturing resources are located in Shenzhen and Dongguan, China. The Shenzhen Longgang production site covers approximately 3,000 square metres and operates three SMT lines together with DIP, assembly, programming and testing processes. This integrated workflow allows our engineers to support projects from initial specification and prototype verification through pilot production and volume delivery.

Supported Processor Platforms

Wanlin Group develops Android boards around established embedded processor families from Rockchip, Allwinner and Amlogic. Current project work includes platforms such as Rockchip RK3288, RK3399, RK3566, RK3568, RK3576 and RK3588, together with selected Allwinner and Amlogic solutions. Platform selection is based on the real requirements of each project, including display resolution, video decoding, AI acceleration, camera input, industrial interfaces, power consumption, thermal design and product life cycle.

Hardware Customization

We provide OEM and ODM hardware development for customers whose products cannot use a standard board. Typical services include:

Android Firmware and Software Support

Our firmware engineers work with the hardware team throughout development. Services include Android BSP adaptation, boot-logo and launcher customization, driver integration, kiosk mode, API development, application pre-installation, OTA planning and system debugging. Linux support is available for selected platforms when required by the project.

Customers receive technical documentation appropriate to the selected board and project scope. For customized programs, our team can support schematic review, interface definitions, sample debugging and production software release management.

Production and Quality Control

Production control covers incoming-material inspection, solder-paste printing, SMT placement, AOI inspection, DIP and manual assembly, firmware programming, functional testing and ageing verification. Key functions such as display output, network connectivity, USB, serial ports and storage are checked according to the board specification.

Our manufacturing quality and environmental-management processes follow ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 practices. CE, FCC, RoHS and other market-specific compliance documentation can be provided for applicable products and projects. Certification scope varies by model and configuration, so customers should confirm the required standard with our team before ordering.

From Prototype to Volume Production

Wanlin Group supports evaluation samples, engineering prototypes, pilot runs and volume production. Before a project starts, we review the application, display interfaces, peripherals, operating environment, software requirements, target certifications and expected order volume. This helps avoid selecting an unnecessarily expensive processor or a board that lacks a critical interface.
